Heritage Sportswear has it's headquarters in Hebron, Ohio. We have four strategically placed warehouse/distribution centers: Florida, Indiana, Ohio and Virginia.
Same-day shipping is available if orders are placed before the cut-off times below. All orders placed after the cut-off times will be shipped next business day. COD charges, freight, handling and UPS insurance will be added to your invoice as appropriate.

Order Up!
To assure a smooth ordering process, please read the information below. Final Sales. (Returns are not accepted on the following categories.)
  • Orders drop shipped from the mill/manufacturer (not shipped from a Heritage warehouse)
  • Re-labeled items
  • Close-out styles
  • Discontinued styles
  • Decorated styles
  • Any goods you have washed
  • Undergarments
Inspect your order.
You have 72 hours from receipt of your order to alert us of a problem and make a claim.

Need to make a return?
  • Call the Customer Experience Department at 800.537.2222 to explain the problem and receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
  • Write your RA number on the outside of your package.
  • Return to: Heritage Sportswear, Attn. Customer Returns, at the appropriate warehouse address below.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Pick-Up Orders
When placing an order that you plan to pick up at one of our warehouses, please allow a full three hours to pick and pack the order. Pick-up orders placed after 2 pm EST daily will be available for pick-up the following business day.

Payment Terms Heritage Sportswear, Inc., provides several payment options for customers as explained below:
  • COD/Cash
    All initial orders require shipment by certified check or money order.

  • COD/Company Check
    Payment requires Heritage Sportswear, Inc. approval of a completed and signed credit application.

  • Credit Cards
    We accept American Express, Discover®, Mastercard®, and VISA® upon completion of a Heritage Sportswear, Inc. Credit Card Authorization Form. Use of a credit card will result in the loss of a 3.5% cash discount.

  • Net Terms
    Terms may be granted upon approval of a completed and signed credit application.
    Please allow five days for application processing.

  • EFT/ACH
    With COD check approval or payment on your net terms.

Pricing
Heritage Sportswear, Inc., provides pricing based on a code “A” system. 
Prices represent an undecorated price.  Extended sizes incur an additional charge in many brands.
All prices are subject to change without notice.

Customers will be charged prices in effect when the order is shipped.

Case Pricing is available on products purchased in full, un-opened mill case packs of a single style/size/color.
Dozen Pricing is available on products purchased one dozen per style/size/color of the same item.
Piece Pricing is charged on individual pieces not purchased in even dozens of the same style/size/color.
